Additionally featured in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory. Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million. The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir. Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section. This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different parts of the land. Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters. Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
